Cwt Mochyn is a charmingly restored barn conversion situated near Llanon in Ceredigion. This eco-friendly cottage is a spacious single-storey property that demonstrates sustainability and comfort can go hand in hand. Original stone walls and wooden beams have been retained in the open, high ceiling living and dining area.

Here you will find a perfect home from home dog-friendly holiday cottage; a rural retreat for family holidays where kids can run free, go pond dipping for bugs, be “King of the Castle” in the treehouse and cook cowboy style on the campfire. Families will enjoy the many activities in the area, including horse riding, water sports and boat tours.

Lasting memories can be made on many sandy beaches along Cardigan Bay. Walkers will love this area with countryside walks from the door and birds of prey to spot overhead. Coastal walking includes visiting lovely coves, sandy beaches and possibly even spotting dolphins and seals along the way. The beautiful Georgian town of Aberaeron is situated only a short drive away.

ACCOMMODATION
Cwt Mochyn sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms: 1 super-king-size room (or twin) and 2 double rooms. The cottage is single-storey with all rooms on one level.

Enclosed garden with patio, picnic bench, fire bowl, BBQ and small level lawn. Parking for 3 cars. Games Room with darts and table tennis table, market stall of logs and home produce, and freezer of home-cooked meals. Access to locked storage for bikes, fishing equipment etc. Outdoor giant chessboard. Treehouse and decking with hammock, camp fire with outdoor cooking equipment. Free to roam the 10 acre smallholding and grassland. Outdoor facilities (excluding garden and patios) are shared with Hen Ffermdy cottage.
