”This place is truly unique. We were met at reception and shown to the breakfast room and various lounges, then to our room. All had spectacular views. There are tea and coffee making facilities in a kitchen area (as well as in the room) and an honesty bar. All are decorated to a 5-star standard. We ate at the local pub a short walk away along with other residents and had a very pleasant evening. ”The staff were absolutely brilliant, each one making you feel instantly at home and extremely well looked after. The owners are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area and the staff were really lovely.
The house is beautifully preserved through time and retains its original features, which have been lovingly maintained. The rooms overlook a picturesque countryside and exude a peaceful atmosphere.

”We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere.
What really stood out was the staff—everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome and added to an already enjoyable experience.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”
