Lledr Valley: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

This hotel was unclean and due to the issues below we chose not to stay at the hotel and instead to book somewhere else in the area at the last minute. Upon arrival we noticed issues with our room, which was room 3. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and damp patches in the main ceiling. We had been given a fan to cope with the heat however this was laced eith centimetres of heavy, thick dust making the conditions in the room unpleasant. I raised these issues and we were given another room, room 12. On the surface this room appeared nicer but there was an unmistakable smell of urine. This was accompanied by a damp stain in the corner of the room. On the wardrobe next to this stain there was a diffuser, as if to attempt to block out the smell. It did not. I raised this and the receptionist said "this is a dog friendly hotel". There were no other rooms available and we were refused a refund so we left. I am still awaiting to hear if I receive a refund after getting off the phone from their main office which is in London for some reason.

I had an amazing stay. The place is very beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff members are very friendly. Big thank you to the gentleman who served food for myself and my friends after the restaurant was closed. You definitely made us feel so welcomed. I am so sad that I didn’t get your name, but I remember you saying that you started quite recently and moved from the South. Thank you again for everything.

The TV remote wouldn't operate when I pressed the appropriately marked Red on/off button. Journeyed down to reception to be told to press the No 1 channel button !! Back up ten floors come the time to sleep no button would turn it off. After searching for 10 minutes I pulled out the cable from the underside of the set wich was housed in a hardly accessible cabinet. Shower floor cracked and peeling very unhygienic.
