A large porch overlooking the pool offers different charming corners for chatting and a mobile barbecue for outdoor cooking. At the same time, this finca is home to two horses, which are within a fenced enclosure and can be visited, but not ridden. The owner lives close to the house and comes daily to feed the animals. Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with 3 sofas and Smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan. Especially during the winter, it is very nice to have a cup of tea by the fireplace. The colourful gas cooker offers all the necessary utensils to prepare a feast. The laundry room is shared with the owner and there you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
