The Residence is a modern designed building, designed to provide maximum comfort in an elegant environment.

Located in a quiet location, but not far from the center, it offers its guests the opportunity to combine a relaxing holiday with entertainment and good food. It has 48 apartments, including 2 for disabled people, which are completely soundproofed. There is a reception where guests can get information and suggestions.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious terrace of 60 m2. It features a double bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette complete with oven and dishwasher, and a double sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and amenities such as a telephone, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. Furthermore, the apartment has WiFi. A microwave is available upon request and at an extra charge.

Useful and general information
• Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In case of delay, it is mandatory to inform the property.
• Check-out between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Outdoor freshwater swimming pool and children's pool open from approximately mid-April to the end of the season, (weather permitting) measuring 9 mx 4 m. Including sunbeds and parasols.
• Children's playground and playroom.
• Mini golf 100 m away, payment on site.
• Golf courses 25 km away, payable locally.
• Tennis is about 1 km away, payable locally.
• Sailing and diving center about 600 meters. with payment on site.

The price includes
• Consumption of gas, electricity, water.

• One parking space per apartment.

The fee is not included
• Deposit €100 in cash only.
• Laundry service €6.00 per token.
• Final cleaning mandatory, €50.00 per apartment, excluding kitchenette, at the customer's expense.
• Microwave for a fee on site €20.00 per week on request.
• Cot on request, €50.00 per week to be paid locally, also possible as an extra bed, including linen.
• Small pets allowed on request, maximum one per apartment, €50.00 per week to be paid locally.
