We are readily pleased with the stay at Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town. We came from the US especially for the Poland-Estonia soccer game. The location, customer service and breakfast was pretty good. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back to explore more Warsaw!

"Parisänky oli keskeltä ”riippumatto” joten kunnon yöunet jäi saamatta. Pistorasiat roikkui irti seinästä, puolet lampuista olivat palaneet. Aamiaisella ei ollut keliaakikolle juuri mitään. Parkkipaikka oli hotellin edessä, hyvä."

"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in ..."

"Amazing 3 star (puts all others to shame), facilities, condition (décor, comfort, access, fast WiFi, ... everything) FIRST CLASS.
