”I loked the customer service the gentleman was clearly serving in the bar area, but took the time to carry my luggage upstairs to my room. The room was pretty basic which is what.id expected for the low price, but the room was clean, well facilitated and the bed was very comfortable. As i was just there for an overnight stay before an all weekend shift in a care service locally i certainly had no complaints. I would consider staying again Janice”

”We booked for a 2 night stay and were made so welcoming and friendly pn arrival. Fabulous room and ensuite beautifully clean and comfortable. Lovely flowers fruit and homemade shortbread made it a special treat. Delicious food and friendly host .Will definitely book again.A must for a quiet break away.This is a littke gem tucked away in lovely surroundings. .”

”Very friendly staff in popular and welcoming village local. We only stayed one night and didn't eat here though the menu looked great. Obviously popular with locals and tourists alike for a small village it was busy on the Saturday night we stayed. Room was clean and comfortable though dated. The bed was a bit older than some but perfectly pleasant. The surrounding area is stunning with plenty to do within a short drive and lots of walking on your doorstep. Overall a most enjoyable stay. ”

”Stunning hotel and amazing atmosphere , 5 minutes from the train station , the 1 bed apartment exceeding my expectations, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the place was spotless with some crumpets and butter and milk in the fridge was just a brilliant touch , full sky tv and the shower is brand new ”
