”We stopped at TY Newport Hotel to visit a show at the ICC Wales venue half a mile away. Reception staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. Most things were available within the room like , Hairdryer , Iron and ironing board , kettle to make normal tea and coffee ( No Green Teabags). The room was quite large and clean with a side chair and low table. A large TV on the wall . The bed was quite comfortable. Had some food in the CASA area , we had Smashed Burger with chips and...

”I had a week of exams. The hotel provided me the perfect accommodation to be able to revise with an excellent desk and plenty of space. The bed was so comfortable and perfectly clean throughout. Staff were so welcoming and helpful Definitely recommend and I will be coming again. ”

”The whole place was great. Room was clean and tidy. We had a room over looking the water which was nice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only reason it drops a star is the noise from the road on the opposite side of the water is loud especially when motorbikes or loud exhaust cars go along it. I did worry that the road noise would keep us awake but luckily it didn’t ”
