”The hotel was very clean. The game room was equipped with a pool table and other games to keep adults and kids entertained. My daughter loved the pillows.”

”The property is very convenient to the greater Louisville area. The staff was great. However, the elevators do not work properly, and there are signs in the elevators stating such. The property management company has yet to address the issue per the hotel staff who are VERY frustrated with the elevators themselves. Please fix that!!!”

”There were very loud cars and motorcycles racing all night long. Then the gun shots came. Add the police and fire truck sirens and it was the worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel itself was fine but the location was terrible !”

”A cleaning staff Took my medication out of the fridge It had my name on it clearly and it costs $10000 a month. The front desk clerk was no help at all and treated me very rudely. Did not call a manager did not call the cleaning staff that left for the day already. He was not concerned at all. I don't think he's cut out for that sort of job he had no empathy for my situation whatsoever. Completely blew me off and acted like it was all my fault. I had to go dumpster diving And went through 15...

”We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!”
