”The hotel was very clean. The game room was equipped with a pool table and other games to keep adults and kids entertained. My daughter loved the pillows.”

”There were very loud cars and motorcycles racing all night long. Then the gun shots came. Add the police and fire truck sirens and it was the worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel itself was fine but the location was terrible !”

”Great staff and customer service”

”We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!”

”The property was clean but my bed linen was dirty. I believe it was just a stain that didn’t come out in the laundry but I think they should get rid of those. They did changed it though. I stayed several days and I don’t believe they changed the linen everyday nor did they clean the bathroom. So the hotel and room was nice but the cleaning crew needs to do a better job.”

”While it was basically a nice experience there was little to no quick prepackaged breakfast options for people with a tree nut/peanut allergy. But they were very accommodating as its was my wife’s birthday and Father’s Day. Would go back as this was a “staycation” for us.”

”The facilities are great, clean, the entire facility smelled clean and fresh. The bed linens were very nice. Great location and wonderful place to stay.”

”Pet friendly. Small park area across the street for the furbabies. Clean room. Zombie Tacos food had flavor. Great location to many restaurants and bars, walking distance. Staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out. Will stay here again!”

”Our room was exceptionally clean as was the entire property. Parking was plentiful and easy access to the hotel. We had late nights at the ballpark and sleeping in was amazing. Beds were comfortable and our room was very spacious. The full size refrigerator was an awesome amenity! I cannot say enough great things about the staff the overnight desk clerk was amazing so friendly and helpful!! Was a great stay!!”

”Lovely stay . Great self-contained room with everything Nulu has to offer on your doorstep..1st night there was some live music going on at across the street at Taj bar which kept me awake , but apart from that little bump i cannot fault the room... they have lots more in the back further away from street so worth checking. Excellent stay and will def return if im back !!”

”The property is very convenient to the greater Louisville area. The staff was great. However, the elevators do not work properly, and there are signs in the elevators stating such. The property management company has yet to address the issue per the hotel staff who are VERY frustrated with the elevators themselves. Please fix that!!!”
