Charming terraced house on one level, inserted in a small and refined district a stone's throw from the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.
Suitable for 4-6 people, it is located just 400 meters from the wonderful beach of Porto Taverna, which can be reached with a short walk of a few minutes.
Pleasantly furnished, it offers very well distributed spaces.

Large comfortable and very well equipped kitchenette, practical and functional. Coffee maker of various sizes, toaster, electric oven, microwave oven. Washing machine in the bathroom.

Large and intimate front patio with extendable table (up to 8 people) and deck chairs. Back patio with possibility to hang out the laundry.

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes. In each room, the bed has a double structure, with single mattresses pushed together. Possibility of adding beds/cradles for children.

Linen is not included in the costs: (because some guests prefer to bring their own). Upon request, it is possible to rent linen sets complete with sheets and bath towels (not beach towels) and a shower mat. €20 for a single set, €40 for a double set.

Air conditioning: present in the living room. Fans in the bedrooms. However, the house is well insulated, cool in summer and warm in winter.
