MAIN DESCRIPTION
Located on the hills of Monte Contros, the most panoramic part of the nice village of Porto San Paolo, Laura's terrace is an independent detached home just 3 km far from the sea. The large and equipped terrace overlooks the Gulf of Tavolara, a majestic limestone massif overlooking the sea.
Fully air-conditioned and surrounded by nature, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of a bright living room with a window overlooking the sea and a covered terrace, an American kitchen, two bedrooms and a new bathroom with shower. At guests' disposal two covered parking spaces, seasonal wifi (1st May-31st October), washing machine, dishwasher and outdoor shower.
Laura's terrace is the ideal accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends wishing to visit the area and enjoy its natural beauty and entertainment. We recommend that you have a car to reach the accommodation.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
A few steps lead to the large covered terrace which enjoys a view of the gulf of Tavolara. This comfortable terrace allows guests to dine outdoors while enjoying a panoramic view. The private covered parking allows you to park up to two cars. Its wooden furniture and beamed ceilings give a feeling of cozy comfort and warmth. Laura's terrace is organized on one level and has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds and a new bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a single sofa bed.
The sea view veranda allows access to the living room equipped with a TV, a corner with sofa, kitchenette with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils. Ideal for families, children can play on the veranda in complete tranquility.
The hilly position, cool and breezy, allows guests to stay there even during the hottest hours.

The main towns are within easy reach: 1 km from Porto San Paolo, 10 km from the Costa Smeralda airport and the city of Olbia, 7 km from San Teodoro and La Cinta, a long beach with white sands and crystal clear water. Other nearby beaches include Porto Taverna and Porto Istana, Lu Impostu, Coda Cavallo, Cala d'Ambra, Cala Brandinchi, Cala Suaraccia. Other popular beaches nearby include Costa Corallina, Cala Finanza, Cala Girgolu, Lu Impostu, Capo Coda Cavallo.
