The apartment has a charming terrace which is partly shaded and looks out towards the famous Isola Tavolara. There is a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. A small gate in the terrace wall gives guests easy access to the lane which leads to the beach.

The interior of the apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished with nautical touches. There are 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs, an air conditioner and a bench. The well-equipped kitchen is divided from the main living area by a half wall. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Moka coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with twin joinable bed, wardrobes and drawers.

Location
The resort of Loiri Porto San Paolo is known for its fine white sandy beaches and turquoise sea. There are many activities available close by including kayaking, snorkelling and canoeing.

The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service to the island from Porto San Paolo (2 minutes walk). Alternatively, visitors can hire a boat or kayak to explore the smaller islands such as Isola Cavalli and Isola Piana.

For visitors who are interested in the local cuisine, Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes). Here you will find a wide range of fresh produce and island specialities.

Olbia Airport is just a 20-minute drive.
