Villa Roccia d'Oro with private pool welcomes you to Porto San Paolo, offering a 130 m² villa that can accommodate up to 7 guests. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a sofa bed for one person between the two downstairs bedrooms. The villa features private air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. For families with young children, a cot and high chair are provided. Built in traditional Sardinian style with local materials such as granite, juniper, and oleander, the villa is surrounded by ancient trees and a beautiful palm in the park.



Outside, a private garden filled with Mediterranean flowers and plants awaits you, where you can relax in the outdoor private pool with sea and mountain views, located just outside the large glass doors of the living room. There are two open terraces, a covered terrace, and a private balcony. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue, pizza oven, and bread oven, perfect for unforgettable evenings.



For parking, you can choose between spaces inside the property and street parking. Up to 2 small pets are allowed. Events are not permitted.
