The "La Parenthèse" vacation rental is a fully renovated former farmhouse located in Loisy-sur-Marne, on the Vitryats Hills tourist route, 5 km from Vitry-le-François. Lake Der and its water sports activities are 30 km away, and Nigloland (an amusement park) is only 45 minutes from the vacation rental. The village has many shops: a bakery, a bar/tobacco shop/newsstand, a hair salon, and a pharmacy.<br>The cottage features a large inner courtyard with a terrace and barbecue. On the first floor: an entryway with a desk (computer available) leading to the living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms (each with a 160-bed). On the first floor: a large landing converted into a living room (with TV), a bathroom, and a shower room, two double bedrooms (each with a 160-bed) and a large bedroom with four separate beds (two<br>-double 160-beds and two single 90/200-beds). The cottage also features a large reception room with a professional kitchen (reservation required through the owner). Sheets, towels, linens, and housekeeping are included in the rental price.
