”Seriously, I'm not sure how and why there are all the 4- and 5-star reviews unless the place has gone downhill fast. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and had to walk up to get the conversation and check-in going. Curtly told us our room was not ready. 20 minutes later, it was ready. The room was not clean at all or well maintained as the pictures will show. The TV did not have any connection all I could get for and answer was something about ince Thailand, everything was old and the bathroom...

”Great staff, bad water pressure and stiff mattresses.”

”If you’re coming to Siem Reap to see the temples, this is a convenient place to stay. I visited Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, and Neak Pean Temple during my trip and had an amazing time. The location made planning my days easy.”

”Clean room, comfortable bed. Good internet connection in the room. Good food, friendly staff. Also good location.”

”Staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had their own transportation services for main sights, city center and airport for a reasonable price. Our room was clean and well kept and the residence overall was well maintained.”

”Hotel was located about 1,2 km from the city center. A little bit RF from everything. Nice swimming pool. Room was otherwise OK, but he toilet seat was absolute disaster and disgusting. It needs to be changed. They tried to charge me from the room which I had prepaid and also pool services what I paid cash. Breakfast was average, served to your table. Not so many choices.Very slow service. Coffee was not good. Otherwise staff was friendly. Early breakfast box was disappointing. Only...

”Everyone was so helpful and the service was great. Loved the property- wish I stayed longer”

”Nico's 2 , what a wonderful place to arrive at. I felt sooo good from the moment I walked through the door. From the staff to the amenities total bliss. Sure it's not the Hilton. But if you are looking for a chill place with beautiful vibe. To me it's so pleasant I am extending my visa. Love it.”

”The food I have tried here was not good so I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere. Prices are also high in comparison to restaurants nearby and local stalls. In terms of the bathrooms and rooms there was a lingering smell that I didn't particularly like because it smelled like food seasonings, but to have that scent all over the bathrooms and bedrooms was not pleasant. Overall it was an "Ok" place to go and the staff is very friendly and very helpful.”

”Pool, gym and breakfast really good, otherwise ok. Not brand new, but everything working. A bit far away from restaurants, but still walking distance. Staff very friendly. Also the spa was excellent.”

”Spacious, clean and quiet”

”We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop gym was also well-equipped and maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. We highly recommend this...

”Can be well recommended! Even the location is quite far away from the action they will organize shuttle everywhere you want. Additionally the staff is superfriendly and takes care of you”

”This was my second time staying at the hotel, which had tripled in size since my last stay. The hotel and rooms are quite lovely. I love the farewell gift and the nightly Khmer folk tales. My room was fine except that a better cleanser needed to be used to clean the sink, which had a terrible stain. Breakfast was a little minimal--I would like to have the choice of crepes as well as eggs. Location is a bit difficult as you have to take a tuk tuk to eat at other restaurants; but it is...

”Understated from the outside but absolutely beautiful inside. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Beautiful pool and great AC in the rooms.”
