”If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!”

”Beautiful condo on the side of a ski slope. We didn’t get to witness any of the winter activities but we could see that it was set up well for skiing or any activity, any season. Very clean, exactly as described, host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Was a perfect in-between for us as we were visiting with family both at Letchworth and Allegany. ”

”If you're looking for an immaculate cabin in a beautiful, rural, private and tranquil setting, look no further! This cabin is amazing and the owner, Bette, could not have been more accommodating. My only word of caution is if you are an over-packer like I am, maneuvering a heavy suitcase up that spiral staircase is a bit of a challenge, but if you pack sensibly, you'll be fine. Thank you, Bette, for providing such an amazing setting for a memorable weekend in Ellicottville!”

”My husband had a wonderful time at your cabin for his birthday. Everything was exactly like our home - coffee, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom was clean and a perfect mattress. We did have trouble in the shower, there weren’t any grab bars to steady yourself. It would help to have some grab bars.
