”If you have a car, you cannot get it cheaper for the quality in San Pedro, which is notoriously expensive for the mediocre quality of accommodations. It is quiet, spacious and clean, abd has a reasonably well equipped kitchen. ”Very nice hotel the only issue is the room needs to be upgraded. Wall paper coming off the wall, tv only had 1 working channel and the power cord was hanging out the socket which is not very safe. ”Property manager does not check messages or communicate through VRBO portal. We had to reach out via WhatsApp on day of check-in to be told the manager never received the reservation through VRBO and the property wasn’t available. We were told by VRBO customer service we had to ask the property manager to cancel the reservation and issue us the refund since it was non-refundable and they couldn’t reach the property manager either. ”The property took my money three weeks ahead of the stay, sent a confirmation, so we thought no issue. We couldn’t find the property, the number was not found on the street. Called the host and they claimed to not have reservation, then a minute later canceled through the app. This left us stranded on a holiday weekend with no other rooms in town. This was not an easy trip to Northern Chile and ruined our vacation. Don’t book here. ”
