”Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on...

”The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online...

”湖がよく見える部屋でした。ホテルも清潔で、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切に対応してくれました。朝食は眺めの良い屋上でも食べることができ、メニューは少ないながらも味はどれも絶品でした。観光客が少ない地区ですが、歩いてすぐに市場やチェーン店の飲食店もたくさんあり便利でした。ホテルの目の前の湖を歩きながら散歩らカフェで美味しいコーヒーも飲めます。次回は家族で利用したいと思います。”
