”DO NOT BOOK HERE. ILLEGAL BOOKINGS. Where to start. It’s absolutely not a hotel. Firstly, it’s illegal. There’s signs everywhere. It’s crazy that hotels.com advertise them. You don’t even get access to the pool, despite them using it in their pictures. They don’t offer any help with check in, it’s really backward. The key was difficult to locate and just in an unlocked postbox. The room was a mess with sticky stuff all over the floor. And to top it off there’s no working air con, roadworks...

”This is an apartment stay rather than a serviced apartment. The amenities are for owners only so we couldn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Talk about misleading listing and photos. We had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The owner left several of their own luggage in the main bedroom. They asked for picture of passport and visa of people staying.
