”It was awful. Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! On top of this, the TV didn’t work, there were no dishes or utensils, the bathrooms and bedrooms weren’t clean, and there were no towels or toilet paper. The staff didn’t speak English or...

”I took two rooms at starlit service apartments. Getting there was a bit of trouble because of bad roads, however the place was very good. The rooms were good, have an owen, television, induction stove, tea/coffee maker, excellent beds. The staff were friendly and easily available for our service. Though a service apartment they were as good a good 4 star hotel. Impressed!”
