”Welcoming staff (Jessica) was prompt, polite and efficient. The apartment was clean, soundproof from the outside. The bed and most importantly the bed linen is 5star quality. One critique, no mirror in the bathroom, I had to step out, close the curtains turn the lights on just to shave next to the bed. I understand the bathroom had all the disabled facilities but I am sure even disabled people need to look in the mirror and shave as well. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this service...

”For the price paid... OK. Stopped here several times before and this was the worst experience. The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process. "Koska huone oli alimmassa kerroksessa, niin äänet kadulta kuului hyvin. Katu oli kuitenkin melko rauhallinen eli esimerkiksi yöunet eivät häiriintyneet. Hotellin yleiset tilat on tyylikkäät loft-tyyliset ja palvelu ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone oli iso ja erittäin siisti. Kylpyhuone tyylikäs ja tilava sekä kylpyammeellinen. Bonusta jääkaapista ja tallelokerosta! Sijainti aivan huippu! Majoitumme ehdottomasti täällä myös seuraavan Manchesterin vierailun aikana."

"The staff was friendly during our stay. But there was some check-in fee despite an online check-in and using a self-service machine? (3 pounds; so even if we didn't go to a desk, we were still charged on top of the actual booking cost that we paid to stay at the hotel) There were stains on walls, curtains and the table, but the carpet/floor and sheets/beds were clean. Bathroom was also clean. However, there were no toiletries (this was a surprise for a hotel) "
