”Great service from friendly staff”

”Just gave a good vibe Lovely staff who made an effort Kids loved the Labradors at the reception”

”The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was to much trouble. Could do with a lift it’s a long way up stairs with cases to the very top floor”

”Was a cheap room and did the job. The pillows were extremely thin though which made it super hard to actually get comfortable. These really need replacing. It's not even a case of soft or hard. they're just empty! Lot of dust around including on the bed so guessing something dirty was put on there after it was cleaned. Whole place could do with bit of a deep clean but for the price we paid we really can't complain much”

”I stay regular fine for solo 1 night stays. Very expensive for the gym. Be better just £10. Food good.”

”Great location, with lovely views over the surrounding moors. Excellent range of food and wines very reasonably priced. Bed room was spacious and spotless clean. Will return in the future for sure.”

”Stayed overnight on a golf trip. Hotel could do with updating but for the price and the fact there’s a pub with excellent food it’s good value The breakfast was excellent Every member of staff that we met were super helpful - would stay again if in the area”

”Everything was fab apart from looking forward to the first lye in on the Saturday morning after working full week and cleaner knocks on door at 9am. This was reported to management so hopefully they will do something about it”

”The restaurant was in fact dodgy takeaway from down the road, not good”

”Great stay”

”Convenient and comfortable place to stay for a visit to Holmfirth picturedrome. The rooms have been refurbished since our last stay a few years ago. Nice breakfast too.”
