”The property was very well maintained. Great communication with the host. We found a very friendly tricycle driver that was readily available at a drop of a text. Alfa mart is just a 1 minute or less walk if you need something. Minor details, need a few more towels and sharper knives. But all in all we made due. Air conditioning worked great. All in all this is a great place to call home for as long as you are visiting. I wish i could give more stars for the communication. Host was very...

”Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.”

”This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. ”
