”Surfari was a great place to stay. The breakfast was really good and we slept well as there was not that much noises from the streets (sometimes heavy rain, barking dogs or a rooster crowning woke us up). The staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were very basic, quite small, but clean and hot water in the shower was a great value. There were 2 kitchens where you can prepare your own meals with lots of kitchen equipments.”

”Nice designed cabin. If you want to cook, the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped. The cabin is close to the main road (not distracting), making it easy to grab a taxi. There's a nice bar/restaurant within walking distance. ”

”Apartment Casa La Parc is operated by Mrs Magaly and her family, while we stayed there, they were nothing but the most welcoming people with Mrs. Magaly treating us like our own mother for the week, i couldnt think of a better place to stay with large rooms, great views and the most amazing service”

”Tropical private paradise. Beautiful rustic bungalow right on aqua waters. We came on off season and felt like we had the island to ourselves. There are kayaks to use as well. If you want more restaurants and life come in the main dry season. There is coral snorkeling nearby and an amazing indigenous guide and chef named Calypso who showed us all the local animals, sloths, monkeys, frogs, caiman and plant medicines. James the host answered any questions or needs we had. Be sure to ask him a lot...

The host was super nice, reasonably and kind he made sure every room in that house was nice with everything in working order, we loved the kitchen. What else can you ask for. ”No hay suficientes palabras que hagan honor o lo maravilloso del sitio, la casa, la atencion. Es un paraiso terrenal. Imposible equipar mejor la casa, llevamos tantas cosas que ni falta hicieron ya que estaban en casa. El amanecer, el atardecer, el transcurrir del dia y de la noche es inexplicablemente asombroso en ese sitio. Deberia quitarles todos los puntos y calificarlos en 1 solo por quebrarnos el corazon de esa manera al tener que despedir la casa. Jejeje. Quien lea este mensaje y quiera...

”Old Bank is a community of contrasts. The Jamaican heritage was great, people generally friendly, and genuine. The downside was the massive piles of garbage strewn along the walkways and ocean.
