”The bedframe was damaged The shower was just leaking. There was no wall or anything. It was just leaking how to use multiple towels to clean up, they just changed the rules saying that you have to be 21 and up when we came here over 20 times being 18-20 now they changed the rule They charged me a $50 deposit. I never got refunded. They didn’t give me a reason why I tried to call the staff they don’t answer.”

”House was really clean and neat inside. James was easy to get in touch with. Definitely a rough neighborhood but the backyard is a nice gravel and fenced in for privacy. Close to stadiums and venues and the Philadelphia area as why we booked here. Good experience!”

”I recently had an incredible stay here that exceeded all my expectations! The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing us with all the necessary information. The accommodation itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit.
The location was perfect, situated close to local attractions yet in a quiet area for relaxation. I especially the pool table and decor. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would highly...

”We stayed for one night to see a concert. The home was just what we needed for our group of 9. Short distance to the venue. Plenty of room for all of us. Bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. We will stay again if we are in the area.”

”Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one.
They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do.
Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

”Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”

”It was clean like they said, no TV in bedroom, just living area.
No special TV options.
If you wanted your car parked in the garage, a 'robot' parks it, not a person. This was not clarified. Got my bill, and the bill had a charge listed three times for parking, for only a one night stay for one car. Very frustrating.
The room however was clean, neat, size was ok for a one night stay.
It was nice with a small kitchenette to for use.
Not sure I will stay there again”
