”I had written one wish to reservation prior to arrival: a non-smoking room is important (kid has astma). Arrived in the evening for 2 nights, and room stank terribly of cigarette smoke. Returned to front desk, explained situation and asked for another room. Not available. Asked for any kind of room. Not possible. Asked for cleaning staff, some spray, anything. Not available. Asked front desk lady to call someone to find spray or cleaning staff or manager or whatever. She said she didn't have any...

”I stayed for new years and it was quiet. The place was very clean and the rooms were clean. The pool was small but other than that my stay was wonderful.”
