”I had written one wish to reservation prior to arrival: a non-smoking room is important (kid has astma). Arrived in the evening for 2 nights, and room stank terribly of cigarette smoke. Returned to front desk, explained situation and asked for another room. Not available. Asked for any kind of room. Not possible. Asked for cleaning staff, some spray, anything. Not available. Asked front desk lady to call someone to find spray or cleaning staff or manager or whatever. She said she didn't have any...

”Property management needs to make sure at least every once in a while the room gets a real deep clean. Room is almost complete carpet and carpet needs deep clean to insure it is cleaned. Also property management needs to get exterminators and deep clean with rodent spray or something. There were a few dead insects in some places and first night of stay there was a roach just on the wall had to kill it”

”The staffing was kind and helpful. The pool was nice and had towels on hand. There’s also a park behind the hotel has basketball courts walking trails swings for the kids. The free breakfast was really good and convenient. There pet fee was cheap.”

”What I did like was the rooms were nice and modern and clean and the beds were comfortable that I didn’t wanna wake up. The only thing I didn’t like was that the restaurant/bar area closed too early the pool boy act like he didn’t want to do his job, I tried to order some food and he said he couldn’t bring it to the pool even a little earlier he said he could’ve and he said it was gonna be an extra fee just to bring it to the pool which is ridiculous, of course I would’ve gave him a tip but a...
