Ended up not going or staying at the hotel because a family offered a room instead and we wasn’t refunded the money from the reservation. Email receipt said no charges would be made until arriving at property and reservation would be lost if not arriving upon a certain time. Not one time did it specify that charges would be made to my account even if we never occupied the room. Also did not specify that we would be charged...

”Do not come here if you're on a business trip especially during the weekend. Couldn't get any sleep noisy guests on both sides. Slamming doors, arguing in the hallways all night until day break. Reported it to the front desk. Don't mean a thing. I cancelled my reservation for the rest of the week and checked out in the middle of the night. Move to another hotel to get some rest for work. ”

But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. ”The pictures and reviews make this place look way better than reality. This is a seedy hotel that I wouldn’t have taken my daughter to if the reviews were accurate. We were chased to our room my teenage boys wanting to talk to my daughter. They kept knocking, but stopped after 10-15 minutes. We didn’t feel safe and figured the front desk wouldn’t so anything.
