The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. ”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”

”My husband, daughter and I wanted to stay in a house near San Jose, and this worked out really nicely. The property is just gorgeous with the flowers and greenery everywhere. Eduardo and Betty are so sweet. We paid extra for dinner and breakfast the first day which was a huge help until we could get to the grocery store.I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone elderly or with little kids—no railing on the stairs or paved paths. "Convenient location close to the airport, shuttle buses operate 24 hrs and the hotel sends you information about the details before arrival. The staff at the breakfast was amazing and very friendly, especially Raúl who brought me fresh fruits from the kitchen 😊."
