”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”

”There just are not enough stars available to accurately rate how wonderful this property is. Very good location in Santa Ana, close to stores, restaurants etc, about 20 minutes to airport. Pool was lovely, sunset views from the fire pit are amazing. Laundry is on premises and the staff was friendly and able to answer my questions in English and understand my broken Spanish.
