”We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus.”

”Quiet, farm setting. Convenient to town. Good location for our needs. Wifi was a bit weak at times, but we got by. No TV, but we didn’t miss it one bit!! We had a good week of fishing on Cayuga and Oneida!!!”

”The house was spotless and well stocked and is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Tiny negative points...no phone number for contacting owner. Also, really needs a few more spoons. We would have liked a DVD player, but again, a minor point. Also, one upstairs fan doesn't work currently. If you are older, be advised that the stairs are quite steep for those of us with creaky knees. All complaints are minor and we would do it again.”

”Our family reunion in Auburn was amazing in this big beautiful house with a spacious yard and easy lake access. Everything was just as promised and the landlord couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Nine adults and three kids had plenty of room to enjoy our family meals and activities. The kitchen is very large and meal prep was a lot of fun. There was plenty of bedroom space and a few bonus rooms for people to sit and enjoy a bit of relaxing time away from the bustle. ”

”Great house with a fantastic location. The owner was fantastic, easy check-in, and very easy checkout. Beautiful decks to hang out on over overlooking the water and a nice fire pit down by the water. Great place to stay if your with family and friends lots of space. ”

So welcoming and beautifully decorated for the Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays. ”We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!”

”Very clean - nice bedding and furniture - well appointed kitchen - stocked with soap, cleaning supplies and paper goods - all appliances are new - wonderful neighborhood - close to shopping - perfect pick for a long weekend to visit the area. Resident neighbors were friendly and welcoming. ”

”We were in Cicero visiting family for a large gathering. This place felt very homey. It was comfortable with lots of room to spread out; there are two large eating spaces, a large living room, and plenty of bathrooms. It is older, but was very clean and we were provided everything that we needed to enjoy our stay.
