”We stayed there for my son's basketball tournament at the sports center. It was only 7 minutes to walk there. We also enjoyed walking to Old Rock Hill town, where there are nice restaurants and coffee shops! The house is super clean and has everything I could ask for. I will book here again when we come back. Next time I would love to bring my dog as well:)”

”Very nice, clean place with two important caveats that were not disclosed up front:1. You do not control the thermostat. You cannot choose heat, air, or the temperature. There is a sign on the wall which says to contact the owner to adjust the thermostat. I have never stayed anywhere in my life where I have not had control of the thermostat, and this fact is not disclosed anywhere in the listing.2. The front door cannot be locked from outside the house. I've used plenty of electronic locks...

”The only issue I had is we actually rented another house from this owner and a month before the tournament they told us they were taking it out of the rental for a couple of months. The other house had a bathroom for each couple, which is what I like when I take my girls and their husbands.But the owner gave us the option of this property and it was fine. I personally don’t think they should be allowed to change the reservation so close to the date we were going.”
