”We usually choose Best Western hotels when we travel, but unfortunately, this one did not meet the standard we’ve come to expect. ”The room was super clean. Staff was very helpful! We chose this place due to the pool lift for handicap people in the pictures. There was a sign at the pool saying contact staff when needing it. We have been working with rehab about getting in and out. In is easy. So we got in no problem without the lift: when getting out, I went in and asked for them to turn it on. Turns out, it’s broken. So I am grateful for the 2 staff members that came and helped get my husband back in his chair. ...

”Good solid stay overall BUT they just started hotel Renovations. Their hotel website says nothin g about it. Starting on the 5th flr and working their way down. Just be sure to request a floor away from construction upon check in. Quiet & clean overall. Great location to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was solid.”

”Mostly nice and clean property though our room had a distinct odor to it and part of the floor was not real clean. Front desk staff were very good and efficient at check-in and we checked out with a virtual agent at 9am the next morning. Breakfast was very sparce with only a few choices and those were not in abundance. Overall for the price it was a decent place to stay and there are lots of shopping and restaurants close by.”
