”We found the Annexe to be very comfortable and well-appointed, with immediate essentials provided in the kitchen. The Annexe was conveniently located for our brief stay in the area, and we particularly enjoyed walking into Chichester alongside the canal which is very close by. ”Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general.
A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

”Wonderful stay in well furnished home. Loved open kitchen and big farm house table. Great refrigerator and freezer space. Good supply of plates and glasses. Nice access to beach path. Only recommendation would be to improve sink area in kitchen. Otherwise, bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our family. ”
