”We were a family of 5 that stayed on the penthouse floor. It was fabulous, clean, on-site laundry and the rooftop pool with views was incredible. They are extremely responsive. The TV was not working & we thought it was the remote...what did they do? They brought a new TV, which we were not expecting. My husband loves to cook and we cooked a lot in that kitchen. The only suggestion to improve the stay would have been to have a dustpan and brush to clean up. Having 3 teenagers, there was mess on...
