”We really enjoyed our weekend here. Quiet and secluded, but still very close to Grand Marais. A path just outside accesses a whole network of trails, we hiked to Pincushion Mountain. And the SHT connects here as well if you want to go further. The furnishings are simple in a very nice way; a folding table with two folding chairs, an electric kettle and a mini fridge are great for morning coffee or simple meals. ”Beautiful, spacious condo with plenty of blankets, towels, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and our family of 13 had a wonderful time. The lodge is close by and you have access to the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor pool. Jereme was always quick to respond to any questions we had before our stay. ”Perfect for a solo retreat! I needed some relaxing time alone in the woods (in a beautiful maple forest, no less), but still wanted to be somewhat close to civilization, and this was the spot! I got such refreshing, restful sleep every night in this absolutely quiet, tiny (but airy) playhouse of a cottage, thanks to the super cozy and comfy bed!
