”This was truly an amazing experience. We absolutely loved the secluded property and the peaceful environment. The water was perfect for kayaking and fishing, and our dogs loved to swim although it was a bit cold for us other than the hot tub! I wish we could have stayed longer and we would love to come back anytime it is available. ”

”Fantastic cabin very close to town and boat ramps.Not 1 complaint ! The place is amazing with a pond and a large property. Interior has amazing woodwork. Very quiet, private, and secure.Gated entrance. We had 4 trucks with boats attached and fit in the driveway. Well lit areas for entertaining or in our case rigging rods and reels for fishing. This is a special place if you are coming to fish the James River. Just an all around perfect place. We will be back again next year !!”

”This was a nice get away for my husband, me and our two dogs. The marina is inside a gated community in a nice area of Richmond, about 30min drive downtown with lots to do locally. We would love to stay again next time we are in town, the river is so peaceful and relaxing.”

”Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals.”
