”Carlos was extremely communicative and answered any questions I had before and during our stay. The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to park our two cars, one with a trailer attached, without any issues. The neighborhood was quiet. We ate breakfast at Larema Coffee House in the morning which we would highly recommend. It was a perfect stopping point on our way to the Outer Banks! Thank you!”

”We booked the trip to Greenville but ended up having as emergency at the very last minute and were unable to stay. Unfortunately we weren't able to let The owners know until after the check in time.The house looked beautiful online and the owner was always quick to respond to all of my questions.”

We brought some outdoor games and really enjoyed spending time in the back yard. The location is great and close to campus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.”

Numerous common areas available with TVs, games, activities, etc. Kitchen has limited prep space and the expected “let’s see what we have to work with” set of equipment. I can never fault the owner for not stocking the kitchen with every possible tool… they have the necessities. Home sits on a beautifully landscaped lot at end of a cul de sac and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. FYI: three bedrooms (the queen, double bunk beds...

”Wonderful couple, it was a pleasure on both sides to interact with - extremely warm and accommodating, Manny is an excellent cook who needs to open a pizzeria, having offered two slices from his masterwork upon our arrival - hitting the spot in a fantastic way. He’s divisions of the property makes it private for his guests and it’ll provide all that you’d need if you chose to stay in this friendly accommodation. I wouldn’t hesitate to pick it in the future if I needed, appreciating all aspects...
