”Overall, I like the hotel and the hospitality of all staffs were superb. The staffs were accommodating especially when there was a problem, caring, polite, respectful and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great and I love their vegetables omelette. Overall, the food at the restaurant was great. I will plan my reservations there in the near future. Thank you Mistro Residences for an amazing, awesome and beautiful stay at your hotel.”

”The bedsheets had stains and the bathtub was blocked up and leaked so the floors was wet.
Bathroom was dirty especially the toilet seats.
The air conditioner also leaked into the room The rooms smelled musty. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.
The staff on the intercom was rude.
The lift/ elevator does not work.
Generally a lot of improvement is needed.”
