”Overall, I like the hotel and the hospitality of all staffs were superb. The staffs were accommodating especially when there was a problem, caring, polite, respectful and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great and I love their vegetables omelette. Overall, the food at the restaurant was great. I will plan my reservations there in the near future. Thank you Mistro Residences for an amazing, awesome and beautiful stay at your hotel.”

”My stay was not recognised,my booking is not booked well ,I didn’t even sit on there customer service talk of seen there rooms,i was told that they didn’t seen my booking online and there only booking is not working,so i need to go again be searching for another hotel that day,and they debited my account,am still waiting for refund my money back to ny account.”

”It was impossible to get to, I was never able to find it the day I arrived. When I found it the following day, it is located in a very dangerous part of town and in a dump. This is why you do not see a picture of the external (outside) surroundings! You have a bunch of vagrants wandering around the property in front.”
