”What a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable in a nice setting. (There was a fawn nestled near the front porch!). I would recommend to anyone visiting area. Holly was a very helpful and accommodating host.”

”Beautiful, very clean, basement property and perfect for our stay while visiting family. The four-poster double-bed was comfortable, furnishings modern and cozy, kitchenette was modern and convenient. Our adult son liked having his own room and sitting area. Typed notes informed us how to run the a/c and even turn off an outside light that shined in the door at night. Our host was accomodating when we had a mixup in the reservation. Our host was very friendly and knowledgable about the historic...

”We enjoyed our stay at the Farm even though we didn't spend a lot of time there due to our busy schedule. Great spot for quiet mornings watching the sunrise and visiting deer. ”

”We love this house. It was super quiet and cozy. The kitchen is the best stocked Vrbo kitchen we have ever encountered. If there is a drawback, I would say that it is the antique/original doorknobs. They do need to be repaired or replaced for ease of use. But on the other hand, no biggie and kind of add to the charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

”The location was absolutely stunning — one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed, and the house itself was just as lovely. Everything was clean, peaceful, and true to the photos.
Unfortunately, the host experience wasn’t as positive. She lives next door and sent additional rules at the last minute, then seemed to scrutinize us throughout the stay. I’m 28, and she made a comment about my age that gave the impression she was uncomfortable with younger guests. It was disappointing because we...

”This is a magical cottage. It exceeded our expectation on charm, grounds, and convenience to downtown Middleburg. Tim, our host, was very accessible and thought of all of our needs. My husband and I will definitely be back but if you want a wonderful, historic experience with all of the modern amenities, look no further. Absolutely beautiful!”

”We were staying at the schoolhouse to go hiking and ride bikes. They house has been tastefully decorated. I enjoyed the quite community and the listening to the tree frogs at night. Front Royal has a few things you can enjoy such as the movie theatre, bakery and state park. I would highly recommend this propery.”
