”3rd & Surf was exactly what my family and I needed. We were in town for the Midstates Horse Show in Mason City and it was nice to have a place to come relax after a few days in the hot sun. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and have their own space. Molly & Brad were very responsive to our messages. We will definitely be booking again when we come to next years horse show. Thanks again for sharing your home!!”

”Amelia has thought of every detail. The cottage is beautiful, yard impeccably landscaped. Includes all the little things you miss from home, fan next to the bed, extra towels, grill, cookbooks, so many little touches included you don’t always have with a VRBO property! She allowed us to check in early, as we were coming for a wedding in town & needed to get ready. Communicated when needed. Will most definitely stay again when we’re in Clear Lake. Thank you! ”

”Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water...

”It was a wonderful experience. The house is amazing and provides for every need and want. We had 13 family members from 8 years of age up to retirement and it was comfortable for all. We all loved the pool, the game room and spacious living areas, as well as having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. It was perfect for our family reunion. ”
