We had a minor issue on day two and the host responded within 10 minutes and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. We had a great trip and we loved the place. ”

”We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. ”

”Our group of 11 adults and 9 children found this property to be great. The games and water amenities were ideal. The water level is shallow, but great for young children. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. Everyone had plenty of space for sleeping. We all enjoyed our vacation.”

This is the first place I've stayed that truly surpassed the pictures and the responsiveness of the management was lightning fast regardless of the nature of the inquiry. There was a small hiccup with one of the showers but they were right on it - those things are going to happen in any rental - it's how the management responds and these guys are A. I cannot stress how wonderful this place was and I would not hesitate to rent it again. For our...

”The house was wonderful. Easy walk to the lake. The water temperature was higher then expected but the grandkids didn't mind at all. Very quiet enjoyed the eagles, herons and ospreys. Plenty of dishwear and enough pots and pans to make dinners for the 9 of us. ”
