”We loved our stay here — it was our second time, and everything was just perfect again. The room had everything we needed, like a small apartment, and it was spotlessly clean and cozy. You can really feel the warmth and comfort in every detail. The staff are exceptional, especially May. She always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. ”Resident met our needs as we were traveling to MD Anderson. The host was excellent and was very accessible. We were in the third floor. There are no elevators and that was a bit challenging for us. However, we will most definitely want to return to Reside for our next MDA visit.”

”Nice home, floors were very sticky. Walls were dirty, party house possibly. Glitter confetti found all over the house. Ants in the kitchen, we notified them and they offered bug spray, wasn’t a serious issue just didn’t want it to be left unsaid. ”

”This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...

”This 3-story house is spacious, modern and comfortable, perfect for my coworkers and me. The 3 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. There’s a roof top deck, AC, and a big kitchen island. It was perfect for our team conference. It’s just outside the downtown so it’s easy access to the city. The owner was responsible to messages. ”
