Even when the door was fully closed, there was a noticeable gap where you could see outside. This affected my sense of privacy and security during my stay. I hope the hotel can address this issue to improve the guest experience.”

”The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning.”

”The room was clean, Bar was closed when we got there at 10:30. The forth floor smelled like wet rug and there were a lot of drop ceiling tiles missing. The air conditioner was loud and made a strange noise every time it turned on. I only stayed one night so it was bearable.”
