”Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here...

”We had an amazing stay. Had a problem with the heating but the owners came out asap to fix it and get us warmed up. We would stay here again.”

”Comfortable and well appointed kitchen. Although the house looks weathered on the outside, the layout is excellent. The living is upstairs and all bedrooms AND bathrooms are downstairs. Stairs are a little steep as the only downside. I would stay there again.”

”We liked our stay at the cabin. There were space heaters since there was no heat and an ac in the upstairs. Bring a fan since it can get hot. The kitchen was good for cooking all our dinners. The driveway was very steep you should have a suv to get out. Enjoyed the porch to read and sew. There was no place to put your trash and we were here 5 days cooking dinners. The bathrooms were nice and beds comfortable. Close to entrance of park. It we had to drive 1-1/2 hours to some hikes. ”

”We used this location as home base to visit several national parks as well as Forestiere Underground Gardens and some wineries. The house was very clean. There were enough dishes and silverware to serve all the beds times two. The beds were comfy without being too soft. Freezer kept ice cream and made sufficient ice. ”
