The host made sure that we had everything we needed, and then some, for our stay which really made us feel more at home. It is located in a BEAUTIFUL part of Georgetown - Live Oak lined streets and historic houses all around! All of the shopping and dinning of Front St was just minutes away. It made for a very memorable anniversary trip! ”

”My wife and I met our best man and his wife for an outstanding 40th anniversary weekend. Everything was just as presented in the property description and more. Pool and hot tub were great. Property was well outfitted and the host made our stay great. Will return if the opportunity allows. ”

”This condo was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had 3 people and used both beds and the pull out couch and we all slept comfortably. We cooked breakfast in the unit a few times and it was well stocked with all of the dinnerware, pans, and utensils. The balcony overlooks the pool/lazy river/hot tub and is super cute and cozy to relax on at night. The beach chairs and towels we very helpful to have for the beach and the elevators and luggage carts were also...

”We enjoyed our recent stay. The house was very nice. Very clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was in place with plenty of towels. Kitchen was very well stocked and the house was spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was farther than we expected and the houses are very close in proximity but the neighbors were quite so no issues. Very conveniently located and close to grocery stores and restaurants. ”

”My sister and I enjoyed a very relaxing week in your top notch unit! It was super clean, a beautiful location, excellent communication, very well equipped and an overall wonderful experience!We had the best seafood at incredible restaurants and despite some rainy days, we enjoyed perfect beach days too. And a preview to the June full Moon we spent tons of time reading and bird watching on the screened in porch. We will be back ! Thank you ”

”What a great place to make memories. Very clean and well appointed condo just steps from the beach. The open living area is cozy and comfortable with plenty of room. The dining table is large with chairs and benches available for any combination of desired seating. The ocean views from the balcony are amazing and it’s a great place to relax after the beach. The “beach” closet has everything you need from chairs , boogie boards, beach toys, and even a sun tent ! ”

”Came down for a wedding. The trip was wonderful. The house met and exceeded all our needs. Loved having three bathrooms for getting dressed. The steps would be a problem for older guest.There is a bedroom on first level but the steps are very steep.”
