”Our stay was a complete and utter mess. Dealt with a guest occupying our room via the adjacent room and adjoining door that wasn’t locked by Litchfield staff. We were disturbed and inconvenienced multiple times for their blunders by both the unauthorized guest and the maintenance staff. Brightest points were the care and support we received from Mike in the maintenance department at the onset of this debacle. Our grandkids enjoying the beach and our son’s beach wedding.”

”This is, without a doubt, the nicest hotel in the area. What really sets it apart is how exceptionally clean everything is and how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Everyone made us feel right at home. The only minor suggestion I have would be to replace the glass door leading from the pool area into the room. ”We purchased the room through Expedia, and upon entering the room we encountered ROACHES!!!!! I pulled back the bed sheets and the bed was NASTY, I mean totally DISGUSTING!!! I took pictures of the ROACHES & NASTY BED!!! I returned to the office and showed the manager the pictures, and demanded a refund!!!! I was told that I needed to get with EXPEDIA!”

”My room wasn't ready at check in due to a change in the cleaning company and we waited for hours. I was compensated 50.00 gift card and 4 passes to the fishing pier. Although I don't feel its adequate I do understand they tried. I was however very impressed when we walked in the room. It was newly renovated and nicer than any photos online. I would definitely go back as long as I have an updated room. Parking is very limited and tight right in front of the Hotel. Overall I was satisfied and...

”didn't like anything about the property. It took us 3 rooms until we finally got one that was acceptable. The first room was supposed to be handicapped but it wasn't and had a lot of mold on the bathroom wall. The sink in the second room didn't drain. All around the outside there was cracked cement, rust and unpainted surfaces. The so-called breakfast had apples that looked like they were from last fall. The only good thing was that the desk clerk, Dora, did her best to accommodate us.”

”Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure.
