”Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended ”

”Our stay was a business leadership team retreat. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. We could all gather around the kitchen table to work and really enjoyed the outdoor space for down time. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could easily prepare all of our meals without going out. ”Had a great stay in Chattanooga. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and convenient to downtown. Loud music at night from one of the bars but it didn’t bother us with the floor fan going. Nice to stay somewhere that the owner takes such good care of. We would definitely stay here again. Shower is a bit small and the cookware could use updating - everything else is perfect. Highly recommend!”
