”Great all around”

”This hotel is very close to airport around 10min from Chattanooga airport, it’s modern in the reception area, the carpet in the room could do with a deep clean, and the window runners. Breakfast ends at 10.00 which was not enough time for me when on holiday. There is no lift so means lifting your luggage up stairs. So my overall rating is 4 stars good but needs more improvements. No room safe, so you have to take all your valuable with you every day.”

”Okay but not great”

”Worst staff I have ever encountered, smelly room and nothing positive I can say to balance this out. Sorry but I will never stay here again and struggle to imagine staying at another four points property - it was that bad!”

”Beautiful upscale hotel in a very walkable neighborhood in the center of downtown CHATTANOOGA. A wonderful place to stay!”

”Clean and well lit parking areas. One of the downsides to cars parking outside your room is the one guy that goes in and out of his car a dozen times at 6a, locking and unlocking it each and everytime. The rooms were really the cleanest I’ve seen in a long time. No dirt, no odors, no major stains. White linens and towels smelled clean and were soft. The pool looked like fun for the kids. Unless you absolutely need a free meal and coffee I’d plan on that from elsewhere. The coffee can get you by,...

”Amazing staff! Beds were super comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. Kids really enjoyed the game tables and parents enjoyed Peet's coffee being right in the lobby. Kids have already asked to stay here on our next Chattanooga trip.”

”If you’re looking to stay near Rock City and Ruby Falls, then this location is worth a look. Overall, the room was cozy and clean. The bathroom could use a good remodeling and a better, as the ceiling had some moldy spots and there was hair in the floor. The property itself would benefit from some maintenance, but for the location, it’s not a bad stay.”

”The breakfast was awful and the room did don’t have a microwave in the rooms like most of them do”

”First time staying here but I will be back. Great location and the staff was great!! The a/c had a little problem but overall not bad.”

”Good breakfast”
